Cancellation Policy
Policy Overview
At Extend Studio, classes are limited to 8 participants and often book out quickly. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent waitlisted clients from attending and impact class availability. For this reason, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and, in exceptional cases, we may make discretionary allowances. Extend Studio also reserves the right to cancel or change classes or instructors when necessary. In such instances, clients will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone, and class credits will be retained.
Class Cancellations
Clients are requested to cancel their booked class via the app as soon as they become aware they are unable to attend.
Cancellations made more than 8 hours before class start time will have the class credit returned in full.
Cancellations within 8 hours of class start time are considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the class credit and a $10 late cancellation fee.
Failure to cancel or attend will be recorded as a ‘no- show’ resulting in forfeiture of the class credit and a $15 no-show fee.
These policies are in place to ensure fairness for all clients given our limited class capacity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact our admin team at admin@extendstudio.com.au, and we may be able to organise a credit at our discretion.
Memberships
All ongoing memberships have a 12-week minimum commitment period, and we encourage clients to choose their membership carefully.
A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of purchase.
Cancellation within the 12-week commitment period will incur a $280 payout fee.
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be paused or cancelled with a minimum of two weeks’ written notice via email to admin@extendstudio.com.au.
