Zeenia
Founder, Physio & Pilates Instructor
Hi, I’m Zee! Founder of Extend Studio and physio. I have over five years of clinical experience with a keen interest in pregnancy conditions, oncology rehabilitation, spinal pain, sporting injuries and post natal care. I have a particular interest in using Pilates-based rehabilitation to support recovery, enhance strength, and improve overall function.
I’m also trained in dry needling, cupping, and clinical Pilates, and hold additional certifications in cancer rehabilitation and osteoarthritis management. I take pride in helping clients manage headaches and neck pain, and I’m passionate about delivering treatment that provides long-term relief and improves quality of life.
My approach is evidence-based, client-centred, and tailored to each individual's goals. Whether you're returning to activity post-injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking support through a major life stage, I'm here to guide you with expertise and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, catching up with friends, walking my two golden retrievers, and travelling with my husband and our baby boy.

Abbey
Studio Manager, Physio & Pilates Instructor
Hey I’m Abbey- With a background in sports training and a passion for physiotherapy, I love helping people move well, recover confidently, and build long-term strength. I have a particular interest in lower limb rehabilitation, especially knee and ankle injuries, and enjoy combining hands-on treatment with functional exercise and Pilates-based rehab.
Outside of work, I stay active through running, netball, Pilates, and strength training, all of which shape how I approach movement and rehab with clients. Fun fact, I also work as a Paediatric Physio!
Originally from a farming background, I still love visiting home — and yes, I can operate heavy farm machinery! When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me catching up with friends over an iced almond latte or spending time outdoors.
My goal is to support every client through personalised, evidence-based care that gets them back to doing what they love — stronger than before.

Caitlyn
Physio & Pilates Instructor
Hi I’m Caitlyn!
With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and training through APPI in both clinical mat and equipment Pilates, I combine evidence-based movement with a love for helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. I’m also certified in neuromuscular trigger point dry needling, which helps me tailor sessions to support recovery, mobility, and overall wellbeing. I’m passionate about decreasing pain and making movement empowering, functional, and fun.
In my reformer classes expect planks (and all their spicy variations!) to make a regular appearance. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me running, listening to live music, hiking with friends, or hopping between cafés (I’m a long black kind of girl, but a mocha sneaks in about once a month).
Fun fact: I’m the fourth of five siblings, and I used to play trombone in my high school band. We were made to run laps to improve our performance—and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with running and movement. That’s where it all started!

Chrissy
Physio and Pilates Instructor
Hi, I’m Chrissy! I graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy in 2016 and have since gained experience across private practice, inpatient orthopaedics, and sports physiotherapy. Over time, I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting women through all stages of life, with additional training in pre- and postnatal exercise. I love working with women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, helping them move with confidence, strength, and reassurance.
I also have a strong interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation and extensive experience supporting patients following total hip and knee replacements. I enjoy guiding people through their recovery, with a focus on restoring function, rebuilding strength, and safely returning to everyday activities and exercise.
To complement my clinical practice, I’m further trained in Pilates, headache management, and dry needling. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, attending Pilates, enjoying an iced latte, or travelling with my husband.

Yasmin
Remedial Massage Therapist
Hey I’m Yasmin, I’m a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 10 years’ experience and a strong passion for women’s health. As a mum of two, my own fertility journey inspired me to learn how massage can support the body through every stage of life.
I specialise in pregnancy, abdominal, postnatal and infant massage, and also offer remedial hot stones and cupping to enhance my treatments. My approach is caring, personalised, and focused on supporting your overall wellbeing.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at my kids’ sports, practising and teaching yoga, spending time with family, or experimenting with baking sourdough. While I love the smell of coffee, my go-to is an oat chai or Earl Grey tea.

Letizia
Remedial Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Letizia, a devoted wife, proud mum of two soccer-loving teenage boys (you’ll find me cheering on the sidelines most weekends), and a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.
I began my career in wellness after completing my Beauty Therapy Diploma in 2000, working in some of Adelaide’s leading day spas before following my passion for massage and bodywork through further study. With a blend of day spa nurturing and remedial precision, I take a holistic approach to treatment — focusing not just on relieving pain, but addressing its root cause.
My treatments include relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and cupping, all tailored to your individual needs. I believe massage is a partnership, and each session is time for you to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in mind and body.
I’m currently expanding my skills with further studies in TMJ therapy, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage.

Hey I’m Bri! I’ve been a pilates instructor for over 3 years now and I love the benefits and results of Reformer Pilates. I’m currently studying Speech Pathology at Uni and loving it!
I’m all about strong, empowering movement, and you can bet I’ll sneak in a heavy side-lying leg series or some offerings (the heavier, the better!). I love helping people feel the burn in the best way, while still keeping things fun and supportive.
Outside the studio, you’ll probably find me cooking up something delicious with my boyfriend, watching the footy (go Port!), or spending time with my doggies. My go-to coffee order is a cappuccino, and a little fun fact about me? I can juggle!
I can’t wait to see you in class—get ready to move, laugh, and leave feeling stronger than when you came in!
