Whether you’re dropping in or in for the long run our flexible range of class packs and pilates memberships are beginner (and pregnancy) friendly. We accommodate all levels of experience, helping you feel confident, supported, and right at home in our studio.
Looking for a 1:1? Book an exercise consultation session with our friendly physiotherapists. Claimable with private health insurance, these sessions are ideal if you’re new to exercise, returning after an injury, or looking for a safe introduction to reformer pilates. We also do group bookings, enquire at admin@extendstudio.com.au

Classic
Our low-impact, full-body class perfect for beginners. Embrace the motions of the reformer for enhanced flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and posture. Pregnant clients are more than welcome to join this class too. Leave feeling revitalised and energised, all while being kind to your body.

Stretch
A class to soothe both body and mind. Unwind, leave your worries at the door, and delve into a series of slow-flowing movements and low impact exercises. Legs in straps, mobility work, and sustained hold stretches to gently release tension and promote relaxation.

Mums & Minis
A nurturing postnatal experience designed to help new mums regain strength in their bodies. This class combines specific exercises to support postpartum recovery, post-c-section rehab, abdominal separation and pelvic floor support. Please note that you will need a post natal assessment by one of our friendly physio’s before attending.

Sweat
Start your day with our dynamic full-body sweat class. This high intensity session combines light springs, props, jump boards and explosive functional strength-building movements, and will challenge your entire body and boost cardiovascular fitness in the process. Fun!

Vintage
Tailored for individuals over 50, vintage is a gentle yet effective class to safely move your body. Build strength to support osteoarthritis, chronic aches, post surgical rehabilitation and postural conditions. Whether your aim is enhanced flexibility, pain relief, or general mobility, vintage has you covered.

Hybrid
Our strength-based Hybrid class is for those wanting to level up their strength and confidence. Expect a powerful mix of exercises on and off the Reformer, using dumbbells and heavier springs to challenge your whole body. Think heavy loads and lower reps; focused and controlled work designed to help you get stronger every session. Tailored to all levels of strength and experience.
