Whether you’re dropping in or committing for the long run, our flexible range of class packs and memberships are beginner- and pregnancy-friendly. All classes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate all levels of experience, helping you feel confident, supported, and right at home in our studio.
Looking for a 1:1 session? You can book an initial exercise consultation with one of our friendly physiotherapists via our Physio booking page. These sessions are claimable with private health insurance and are ideal if you’re new to exercise, returning after an injury, or looking for a safe introduction to the reformer. Classic
Our low-impact, full-body class perfect for beginners. Embrace the motions of the reformer for enhanced flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and posture. Pregnant clients are more than welcome to join this class too. Leave feeling revitalised and energised, all while being kind to your body.

Stretch
A class to soothe both body and mind. Unwind, leave your worries at the door, and delve into a series of slow-flowing movements and low impact exercises. Legs in straps, mobility work, and sustained hold stretches to gently release tension and promote relaxation.

Mums & Minis
A nurturing postnatal experience designed to help new mums regain strength in their bodies. This class combines specific exercises to support postpartum recovery, post-c-section rehab, abdominal separation and pelvic floor support. Please note that you will need a post natal assessment by one of our friendly physio’s before attending.

Sweat
Start your day with our dynamic full-body sweat class. This high intensity session combines light springs, props, jump boards and explosive functional strength-building movements, and will challenge your entire body and boost cardiovascular fitness in the process. Fun!
