  • Please wear comfortable running attire. Shorts or tight-fitting leggings are best so we can clearly observe your knee and hip mechanics. Bring your current running shoes (even if they are worn out) and any orthotics you currently use.

  • Running assessments are valuable for athletes of all levels. For beginners, it is an excellent way to build a safe, efficient foundation and prevent early injuries. For experienced runners, it is about optimising performance, breaking plateaus, and improving longevity.

  • A comprehensive assessment typically takes 60 minutes. This gives us ample time to complete your intake, capture the treadmill footage, conduct the movement screening, and thoroughly discuss your personalized strategy without rushing.
