At Extend Studio you do not need a doctor's referral unless you are a DVA client or have a chronic disease management plan. If you have recently had surgery it is recommended to bring your post operative notes from the surgeon if able.

Yes! We have onsite Hicaps facilities so you are able to claim your rebate on the day. Please remember to bring your card with you on the day of your treatment. If you forget, then payment will need to be made in full and you can claim your rebate online via your insurer.

Physiotherapy appointments generally go for approx 30 minutes.

A referral is not needed for private clients, but if you have one, feel free to bring it along. Any scans you have can be helpful, and we may suggest more if necessary. Don't forget your private health insurance card for rebates on the day and try to wear comfy clothes as we might need to access the treatment area during your session.
